My name is Robbie, I am a 28-year old PhD candidate at the Technical University of Delft (the Netherlands) where I am part of the OtteLab. During my research I investigate single atoms by placing them on a surface and approaching them with a Scanning Tunneling Microscope. Besides my professional career in which I would like to continue in academia, I very much enjoy video and board games and even designing new games. I enjoy teaching and learning about history and geography. I'm a true nerd :).
